Energif\u00f6retagen wanted to attract young people to the industry <\/h2>\n

With thorough target audience analysis and awareness of global trends, Spoon helped Energif\u00f6retagen position the energy industry as an attractive future sector for young people. Quite simply, we gave the industry an ‘energy boost’.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n

The challenge <\/h3>\n

Energif\u00f6retagen, <\/strong>an industry and employer organization, brings together 400 companies from the energy sector. Right now, the industry is facing a generational shift, and as electrification in Sweden \u2013 and globally \u2013 increases, so does the need for qualified labor.<\/p>\n

Energif\u00f6retagen therefore wanted to increase knowledge about the energy industry among youth in Sweden. The goal was to change the target group’s attitude towards applying for secondary and higher education programs that lead to jobs in the energy sector.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The insight <\/h3>\n

Spoon conducted an external survey of the target groups, 14\u201316-year-olds and 18\u201321-year-olds, in collaboration with Demoskop. The survey showed that awareness of the energy industry was very low, both in terms of the industry itself and the professions available.<\/p>\n

We concluded that we needed to emphasize that the energy industry has a bright future offering many exciting opportunities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \n \n <\/div>\n
