Talented junior Digital Content Manager – Malmö

Spoon Malmö is looking for a talented junior Digital Content Manager.

Are you a born communicator with a passion for digital marketing? Are you a “social media native”, full of creative ideas and with a good eye for design? That is, are you comfortable creating both effective visual and written content for various digital channels? Do you also have an analytical mind and previous experience in digital marketing?

If the above applies, and you are eager to help take our customers digital communication to the next level, we think that you might be the person that we are looking for.

Your primary tasks at Spoon will be to create strong digital content together with your co-workers and our customers. You will guide our customers through digital communication strategies and lead their digital marketing campaigns and activities. Setting KPIs, measureing data and doing the analyses come as natural to you as creating that brilliant content – original content as well as adapted/curated content. You know how to tell great stories in social media and have a good knowledge of the different formats’ possibilities and limitations.

Do you tick these boxes?

  • A degree in marketing, preferably digital marketing
  • A couple of years of experience from working with social media management and digital channels.
  • Previous experience in website management, content and analytics.
  • Fluent in English and with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience from Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

English Content Editor – Malmö

Spoon Malmö is looking for a brilliant English-speaking storyteller to weave their magic which helps our clients meet or exceed their targets.

The primary responsibilities will be to create content in English. The ideal candidate will have some years of experience of client management and be comfortable pitching ideas for content such as text, video, audio and visual microcontent.

Desired skills and expertise:
You are a pro at crafting messaging and content to suit different target groups, formats and channels. You are able to think strategically as well as plan and implement ideas and campaigns independently and effectively. You are comfortable working with diverse cross-functional teams and multi-tasking on several client projects is second nature to you. You are self-directing yet collaborative and can work with clients to develop workflows and processes to ensure projects are completed on schedule. The position is based in Malmö.

  • You’re a native English speaker with a flair for creative and engaging output.
  • Experience in omnichannel content creation and deployment.
  • The ability to manage time and projects.
  • Agility, flexibility, and the ability to identify and solve problems on the fly.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to think strategically.

As a client director with us at Spoon Stockholm, you will work closely with our customers, your client team and together with our sister agencies. Your main task is to ensure that your business is profitable, growing and that you get new business. You are an expert – and genuinely interested – in everything regarding communication and marketing. You will work strategically with customer assignments, develop strategies and can also transform them into tactical content plans for assignments, and ensure that we always meet, or exceed, customer expectations. You are responsible for the commercial relationships with a number of clients and for developing those relationships as well as creating new business with them and new clients.

You see all marketing and communication holistically where social media, websites, newsletters, print and video combine to create the best value possible for the customer. You follow the rapid developments in the marketing and communications industries and know how to work strategically and tactically with data from different platforms to create new insights. You know how to plan and optimize content to fit user behaviours. You proactively share strategies and insights both internally with your team and colleagues, as well as externally

You are a team leader for your different client teams and like to lead and motivate your teams to deliver a great client experience, in both quality and process.

  • Growing your clients’ businesses in line with the KPIs that have been set in consultation with the business director for your business unit or head of the agency for Spoon Stockholm
  • Strategically and tactically improve growth, performance and value for our customers
  • Economic responsibility for the growth and profitability of your clients, including budgeting, forecasting, quoting, invoicing and financial follow-ups
  • Strategies and tactics in concrete assignments for your clients
  • Responsibility for delivering quality, timeliness and strategic depth for your customers.
  • Together with Business Director put together optimal teams for your client assignments

New biz:

  • Winning new assignment and clients for Spoon by leading, driving, assisting and delivering new sales and pitches
  • Being an active part of driving Spoon Stockholm’s growth as a whole

Spoon as a whole:

  • Developing new and existing customer relationships to increase revenue for Spoon
  • Acting as a sounding board for other client directors, project leaders and creatives in your areas of expertise
  • Coaching and developing within your areas of expertise for your colleagues
